Initial Procedure     Final Product – Healed      Final Product – Healed

Attempting to create a beautiful, lasting “smudged” look with permanent makeup is one of my most challenging procedures. To make matters even more intense, my clients’ expectations seem to be the highest with this particular procedure.

Over the years, I have perfected the ColorWash Designer Eyeliner technique that is specifically unique to my practice here at NaturaLook in La Jolla, CA. This difficult, yet delicate technique of layered, multi-colors implanted on the eyelid has quickly become the most sought after procedure in my San Diego practice.

Unlike, traditional permanent eyeliner where pigment is tattooed in the lash line, color wash liner is achieved by implanted 3-4 layers of graduated custom shades in a “washed” fashion up the eyelid. Oftentimes this process will require more than one visit to achieve that smoky, smudged look that so many women design with conventional makeup.

Permanent cosmetic makeup (micropigmentation) has come a long way over the past 10 years from pigments, machines and designs.  It truly is a unique art that takes years of dedication and practice.

I recently had my permanent eyeliner “redone” by Jeanne at NaturaLook. I had tried 3 times prior (throughout the years) to have permanent eyeliner done, and none were to my satisfaction.
Then I went to see Jeanne……
Not only was she able to correct the mistakes made by my former attempts, but she completely exceeded my expectations (or hopes). She clearly loves what she does and it shows! It’s kindof like the “love” you taste in “Mom’s home-baked cookies”! I never felt comfortable leaving the house without any makeup, and now I am so touched and amazed that I can!
THANK YOU, NaturaLook! I owe you so much!

That’s a fun article. Fantastic suggestions in your article too. Who knows? I’m still wondering myself that very same thought. Your composing style is fabulous though, I find your weblog an pleasant one to browse, in these days so many of them are poor quality. So heartfelt! Then you’ll know which is right for you.
