I had tried 3 times prior (throughout the years) to have permanent eyeliner done, and none were to my satisfaction. Then I went to see Jeanne...... Not only was she able to correct the mistakes made by my former attempts, but she completely exceeded my expectations (or hopes). She clearly loves what she does and it shows! It's kindof like the "love" you taste in "Mom's home-baked cookies"! I never felt comfortable leaving the house without any makeup, and now I am so touched and amazed that I can!
